Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Size Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item or size due to an error on our end, please contact us. We’ll make it right and cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

Starting a Return or Exchange
Contact us at jesuswasoutside@gmail.com with your order information and reason for the return or exchange. If approved, we’ll provide instructions on where and how to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return or exchange may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, as long as the order has not already been fulfilled. After the 1-hour cancellation window, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled.
